Ethnic-Racial
We are one of the creators of the Include Law project, led by the Law Firm Studies Center (CESA), in partnership with the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute and the Mackenzie Presbyterian University. The program qualifies self-declared Black students to be competitive candidates in the market.
We participated in the gold category of the campaign Including Digital, which is an initiative of CESA and EDUCAFRO with the objective of acquiring tablets and collecting used equipment that will be available to students — predominantly young Black people — in situations of social vulnerability so that they could continue their studies through remote classes.
We have a partnership with Universidade Zumbi dos Palmares to select Black people for the Trench Experience, our seasonal internship program which, in one of its editions, allocated 100% of the vacancies to this public.
We are part of the Legal Alliance for Racial Equity, in partnership with other law firms.
We are also signatories of the Business Coalition Pact for Racial Equity.
We promote periodic awareness and discussion actions on the topic through our Ethnic-Racial Affinity Group.
