ENVIRONMENT | FEDERAL DEADLINES REESTABLISHED WITHIN IBAMA AND ICMBIO

The procedural deadlines within IBAMA and ICMBio were reestablished on November 16, 2020, being applicable for defenses, final allegations, appeals and other petitions in sanctioning proceedings.
Within IBAMA, the deadlines that have been suspended since March 21 were reestablished in accordance with Ordinance No. 2,600.
In relation to the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), the deadlines were suspended on March 23, 2020, through ICMBio Ordinance No. 226 and reestablished today as provided in Ordinance No. 1.074/2020.
