e-Social: RAIS and CAGED information will be transmitted directly by e-Social

On Tuesday, October 15, Ordinance no. 1.127/2019 was published. The Ordinance governs the substitution of obligations to send RAIS and CAGED information by companies already obliged to use e-Social.

The transmission of CAGED information via e-Social will occur for admissions and dismissals from January 1, 2020. RAIS will be replaced from 2019, for statements made in 2020.

CAGED will be replaced for the vast majority of employers (groups 1, 2 and 3), except public agencies and international entities. RAIS will be replaced for companies that already have an obligation to submit their employees’ compensation data for 2019 (groups 1 and 2).
