Declaration of Equal Pay and Remuneration Criteria: deadline for companies to fill in extended

The Ministry of Labor and Employment has extended to March 8, 2024 the deadline for companies to complete or rectify their Declaration of Equal Pay and Remuneration Criteria for the first half of 2024 and submit it through the “Portal Emprega Brasil”.
The obligation to fill in the information is one of those determined by Decree No. 11.795/2023, published in November last year to regulate Law No. 14.611/2023, which deals with equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men.
