Brazilian Federal Environmental Protection Agency extends deadline to file the Annual Activities Report (RAPP) for the year of 2019

The Brazilian Federal Environmental Protection Agency (IBAMA) published Normative Instruction No. 12, on 26 March 2020, establishing that the deadline to file the Annual Activities Report (RAPP), which is an obligation related to the Federal Registry of Potentially Pollutant Activities that Use Natural Resources (CTF/APP), for the year of 2019, has been extended. The new due date is June 29, 2020. This measure is in line with the Government’s efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
