Brazil: Deadline to register Financial-Economic Information with Central Bank of Brazil (RDE-IED)

A reminder that until the end of March is the legal term for all the companies that receive foreign investment comply with the Statement of Economic and Financial Information, submitting their financial data for the base date of December 31, 2021, in the Central Bank’s System, as per Resolution No. 3,844, of March 23, 2010, of the Brazilian National Monetary Council, and Circular No. 3,814, of December 7, 2016, of the Central Bank.
