Trench Rossi Watanabe wins the EXAME Diversity Guide award for the second year in a row

We are delighted to share the news that Trench Rossi Watanabe won the Exame Diversity Guide award for the second consecutive year. In the previous year, we were the best in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) category. This year, we won as the Best Company in Legal Services (new category included this year).

We continue to reinforce our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion at all levels, promoting internal and external conversations, regardless of the social distance we are currently experiencing. In times of coronavirus, we have not diminished our efforts to remain strong agents of social transformation, mitigating differences and increasing respect on all fronts: gender and ethnic equality, respect for all religious beliefs and sexual orientations and inclusion of People with Disabilities. We are also aware and vigilant to what happens in the world, not being neutral on the issue of eradicating all forms of discrimination, which unfortunately is still present on our planet.

We know that this is just a step towards a more egalitarian society, but we must be proud to be one step ahead on such an important and relevant agenda for everyone!
