Trench Rossi Watanabe is the main legal highlight in the Women in Leadership Award

Trench Rossi Watanabe has just been named the main highlight in the legal category of the Women in Leadership Award, organized by the Women in Leadership in Latin America (WILL) in partnership with Grupo Globo and the Ipsos Institute. The Firm was recognized for being the company with the best practices and policies that encourage gender equity, in addition to promoting female leadership in its category.

Trench Rossi Watanabe  has consolidated itself in recent years as the top law firm in the country when it comes to the advancement of gender equity, diversity and inclusion. In addition to the WILL award, the Firm won for the second consecutive year the Exame Diversity Award as the Best Company in the Legal Services category and the Municipal Seal of Human Rights and Diversity, both conferred by the City of São Paulo.

It is carried out during the year and involves the participation of several companies from the most varied sectors.
