Trench Rossi Wanatabe announces two new partners

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Cristina de Freitas Bueno and Vitor Jabbur Stern as the new partners of Trench Rossi Watanabe in the Transactional Practice Group.

Cristina and Vitor, operating from the São Paulo office, will focus their efforts on the M&A and Private Equity areas, which are central pillars of our legal practice.

Cristina holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo and a business administration degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. With over 25 years of experience, her practice focuses on the areas of corporate law, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity. She represents national and foreign clients, including publicly traded companies, in local and international M&A transactions, asset sales, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments.

Vitor holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an LLM from the University of Chicago. Like Cristina, his practice also focuses on corporate law, M&A, and private equity. He represents national and foreign clients, including publicly traded companies, in local and cross-border M&A transactions, asset sales, joint ventures and other corporate operations involving various sectors of the economy.

With this move, the Firm now has 60 partners.
