Professional Experience
Vivian Machado joined the Office in 2020. She integrates the Intellectual Property area practice group, with focus on Information Technology and Communications. Mrs. Vivian Machado has a wide breadth of wide range of experience in Digital Law advising renowned application and internet connection providers for over 8 years. In addition, over 7 years of her career she worked in one of the main criminal law firms in the country, having solid knowledge in the management of criminal lawsuits, in all instances and spheres, in addition to consolidated wide range of experience in strategic planning with a focus on defense customer’s interests.
Academic Background
She graduated from Faculdade Autônoma de Direito de São Paulo – FADISP with a degree in law and also holds a post graduate degree in Economic Criminal Law on Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo/SP, and specialization course in Digital Low by the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER) – São Paulo/SP.
