Victor Sigaud joined the Firm in 2015 and became associate in 2017. He integrates the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts and Insurance practice group, with focus on Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Insurance.
Expertise in Corporate and M&A, advising companies on its corporate reorganizations and restructuring of economic groups, elaborating and negotiating protocol of justification for mergers, acquisitions and other operations. He also provides skillful advices on the buying and selling of assets, legalization and incorporation of subsidiaries for foreign companies in Brazil, and advices related to corporate documents in general. With regards to the Insurance practice, Victor assists insurance company in regulatory matters, including SUSEP and ANS and clients choosing insurance modalities appropriate to your business.
