Professional Experience
Rodrigo Vianna joined the Firm in 2024. He integrates the Antitrust and International Trade practice group, with focus on providing advice on various matters of competition law and international trade. Rodrigo has wide breadth experience in representing clients before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in cartel investigations and unilateral anti-competitive conduct, in negotiating leniency agreements and settlement agreements, as well as in annulment motions before the Courts related to antitrust matters. He also works on the submission of merger transactions to CADE and provides preventive consultancy on competitive risks involved in commercial practices and contracts; advises clients on conducting internal investigations and structures and implements competition compliance programs.
Academic Background
He graduated and has a master’s degree in Administrative Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
Activities outside the office
Furthermore, Rodrigo works as an Assistant Professor in the Administrative Law and Administrative Improbity and Anti-Corruption Laws courses at PUC-SP.
