Professional Experience
Michelle Kuan joined the Firm in 2022. She integrates the tax practice group and has wide breadth of experience in tax planning of corporate reorganization between companies in Brazil and abroad; tax legal advice for national and cross-boarding investments; structuring of business and national and international operations in various segments such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Technology, Automotive, Wholesale and Retail.
Academic Background
She graduated from Pontífícia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio) with a degree in law and from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) with LLM in Tax Law and Tax Accounting.
