Marina Xavier de Camargo Rabello joined the Firm in 2024. She integrates the civil litigation practice group, with focus on Wealth Management, Family and Inheritance Law. Marina has a wide breadth of experience in the Strategic Judicial Litigation, with an emphasis on Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law.
Awards and Recognitions
Marina is author of the course completion monograph nominated for honorable mention by the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. Title: “Sanctioning Administrative Law: Lack of Discretionary Competence and Incidence of the Principles of Legality, Motivation and Typicality”.
Author of scientific initiation in Civil Procedural Law. Title: “Analysis of the effects of the relativization of the exhaustive list of article 1.015 of the Code of Civil Procedure by the Superior Court of Justice”.
Academic Background
She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and has a “Latu Sensu” degree in Civil Procedural Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV LAW-SP).
Activities outside the office
Marina works as Assistant Professor of Civil Law in the Law Course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).

Representative matters and clients
Marina Xavier de Camargo Rabello recently worked in the sponsorship of individuals and legal entities in actions involving corporate law (dissolution of a company, determination of assets and liability of partners); insurance law (insurance compensation); bankruptcy and recovery law (acting in judicial recovery and bankruptcy processes as a representative of creditors); and family and succession law (recognition of paternity, divorce, maintenance, custody, inventories and sharing). Provided consultancy for large companies on topics involving consumer law and contracts.
