Juliana Libman joined the Firm in 2016. She integrates the IPTech Litigation practice group, with focus on complex litigation before state and federal courts involving infringement and nullity intellectual property cases. Mr. Juliana Libman has a wide breadth of experience in the judicial complaints involving infringement and nullity trademark and patent cases, as well as in disputes involving information technology and copyright.

She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), with a post-graduation degree in Civil Procedural Law and a Master degree in Civil Law by the same University.
