Professional Experience
Gabriel Moreira Paranhos joined the Firm in 2019. He integrates the Public Law practice group, with focus on Telecommunication, Healthcare, Energy, and Infrastructure. As a public law attorney, Gabriel has a wide breadth of experience in consultations, disputes, infrastructure projects, public and regulatory law, and governmental matters.
Gabriel also works with administrative proceedings related to several areas of law (especially in cases involving public entities and regulatory agencies), public procurements, government contracts, concessions, public-private partnership agreements, mediating the relationship with professional councils, feasibility and development of infrastructure projects, among others.
Academic Background
He graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUCSP) with a degree in law.
