Professional Experience
Daniele Ramos has returned to the Office in 2024. She is part of the IPTech group and has experience working with national and multinational companies from different market segments on data protection, e-commerce, technology transfer and development, and various aspects of internet and social network regulation. Her practice includes strategic advice on complex data protection, cybersecurity and internet regulation issues; implementation of compliance projects, review of contracts and policies, and notification of data breaches; due diligence processes; and commercial promotion.
Academic Background
She graduated from Mackenzie Presbiterian University with a degree in Law and is currently studying for a postgraduate qualification in Digital Law at the Institute of Technology and Society (ITS-RJ) and the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
