Bruno Silva joined the firm in 2018. He works in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and capital markets, assisting clients with the preparation of corporate documents, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, legal due diligence reports, negotiation of purchase contracts and equity sales of assets, private equity investments, and public and private offerings of shares. Advises clients in various markets, including the technology, energy, hotel, communications, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, among others. He has experience in the incorporation of companies, amendments to articles of association or bylaws, liquidation, dissolution, incorporation operations, spin-offs, acquisition or sale of shareholding and/or assets and joint ventures.
