Professional experience
Ana Beatriz Reis joined the firm in 2021. She is part of the Corporate Criminal Law group, focusing on the defense of companies, directors and shareholders in police investigations and criminal actions related to crimes committed within companies and against companies. He has extensive experience in cases involving corruption, tax evasion, unfair competition, money laundering, crimes against public health, among others. He also has a solid understanding of compliance and investigations.

Ana Beatriz Reis is nationally recognized as one of the country’s most admired lawyers in the criminal, chemical and petrochemical areas by Análise Advocacia Mulher 2024.
Academic background
She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and specialized in Economic Criminal Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (FGV-SP).
He attended a compliance course at FGV-SP and is certified to conduct internal investigations in companies by Legal, Ethics & Compliance.
He also studied criminal science and criminal dogmatics at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in Germany.
Academic Activities / Lectures
Ana is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, founded in 1999 in the United States. She is a member of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD) and is a member of the OAB/SP Criminal and Penitentiary Policy Commission.

- Coauthor of articles published in newspapers and scientific journals, such as “Compliance and Human Rights“, published in the newspapers Estadão and Jota Info, and “Should Criminal Law prohibit the dissemination of fake news?”, published in the Bulletin of the Brazilian Institute of Sciences (IBCCrim). “Maintenance of assets abroad and inherent criminal risks”, published in the newspaper Valor Econômico.
