Representative matters and clients
– Representation of the Conselho Curador dos Honorários Advocatícios before the Federal Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Auditors, ensuring the constitutionality of the provisions of Law No. 13,327/2016 that guarantee and operationalize the right to receive attorneys’ fees for more than twelve thousand active and inactive federal public lawyers, in addition to representation and advice regarding the settlement program provided in the context of the discussion on the composition of the share of inactive beneficiaries.
