Postponement of the deadline for the payment and filing of ancillary obligations related to INSS and PIS/COFINS

Due to the recent economic crisis resulting from the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), on April 03, 2020, the Ministry of the Economy issued the Ordinance no. 139/2020 postponing the deadline for the payment of the following federal taxes:
| In addition, the Federal Revenue Department issued the Normative Ruling no. 1,932/2020 postponing the deadline for the filing of the following ancillary obligations: •DCTF (federal taxes declaration) – postponed to the 15o business day of July, previously scheduled to the 15o business day of April, May and June; •EFD (social contributions declaration) – postponed to the 10o business day of July, previously scheduled to the 10o business day of April, May and June; Please let us know should you need any further clarification. |
