COVID-19: Control and prevention

Dear Clients,

Since the beginning of the New Coronavirus (Covid-19) events we have been monitoring the situation carefully, following the orientations and recommendations of the Official Bodies. We have acted preventively in order to maintain a safe environment for the Trench Rossi Watanabe community while we ensure an excellent service to our Clients. In case the situation aggravates, our four offices are ready to work remotely and uninterruptedly.

Although we haven’t had any confirmed case in the Office, due to the growing number of cases in Brazil and worldwide, we’ve intensified the caution measures according to below:

Work From Home
We have all the top technology needed and running to work remotely, with no interruptions. Our infrastructure has been in use even sooner than the Covid-19 event, and it’s been increased recently.

Events and meetings
We revaluated each planned event, giving preference to digital formats, such as webinars, to avoid the attendance in person.

Regarding meetings with clients, we’ll prioritize phone and video call systems to contact them.

Travels
Since the first cases started, we’ve been monitoring all the employees that have been coming back from international trips in order to minimize the impacts to our community. In particular cases, we are suggesting the quarantine, following the applicable protocols.

Each trip is being analyzed so we can ensure our people’s safety while we keep following through our clients’ deadlines and commitments.

Offices
We are reinforcing the orientation regarding personal hygiene and care. Furthermore, we increased the cleansing of the rooms and placed more hand sanitizers throughout the offices.

We highlight our commitment to constantly monitor and engage preventive actions. In parallel, we are well prepared with all the technological resources needed so we can always be one step ahead.
