Deadline for registration of the Financial-Economic Information with Central Bank of Brazil (RDE-IED): December 31, 2019

| Please be reminded that companies with head offices in Brazil that have foreign investors, with assets or net worth equal to or greater than R$ 250,000,000.00 on the base-dates of March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, must register in the Electronic Declaratory System (“RDE-IED”) four financial-economic declarations per year, referencing to such base-dates. It is important to emphasize that if a company is required to declare and fails to do so by the deadline above, it will be subject to a penalty imposed by the Central Bank. Considering that the deadline to file the information referring to September 30, 2019 is December 31, 2019, we recommend that this action be taken as soon as possible and, once again, we remind our clients that our office may assist them in registering the declaration.
