Renata Yuri Yuasa

Professional Experience

Renata Yuasa joined the Firm in 2019. She integrates the transaction practice group, with focus on corporate and M&A advice, as well as on commercial contracts in general. Renata has a wide breadth of experience assisting clients of different industries in drafting corporate documents, corporate reorganization, preparing legal due diligence reports and negotiating contracts of equity interest or asset purchase and sale transactions, as well as shareholders’ agreements.

The contracts and real estate practices involve assisting clients negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in general (including distribution, commercial representative agreements, rendering of services and supply agreements) as well as real estate transactions and contracts (including purchase and sale, leases and incorporations, surface right, rural partnership and built to suit).

Academic Background

She graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a degree in Law and postgraduated in Commercial Contracts from School of Law in Sao Paulo of the Fundacao Getulio Vargas. She also attended the summer course in International Private and Public Law: The Hague Academy of International Law (The Hague, The Netherlands).
