Professional Experience
Caique Harb joined the office in 2015. He is focused on contracts, corporate and M&A advice, assisting clients of different industries in drafting corporate documents, preparing legal due diligence reports and negotiating contracts of equity interest or asset purchase and sale transactions, as well as shareholders’ agreements. He has a wide breadth of experience in the the representation of clients engaged in different sectors, including technology, energy, agribusiness, services providers, pharmaceutical, food and telecommunication companies, chemical industries, among others. He has experience with the incorporation of companies, amendments to the articles of organization or by-laws, liquidation/dissolution and transactions involving the merger, spin-off and acquisition of participation and/or assets and joint ventures.
Academic Background
He graduated from Universidade Mackenzie with a degree in law and specialization in Corporate Law from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas in July 2021.
