Professional experience
Bruno Gontijo joined the firm in 2024. He is part of the Transacional group, focusing on Investment Funds, Securitization and Asset Management. Bruno has extensive experience in the capital markets, especially in matters related to CVM and ANBIMA regulations, advising investment banks, institutional investors, asset managers and administrators on structuring, fundraising and transactions involving investment funds, as well as on related regulatory demands.
Academic background
He holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and won the XIV ANBIMA Capital Markets Award for his master’s research.
Representative matters and clients
Bruno participated in a project in which he provided legal advisory to a Brazilian bank in the formation of investment funds and vehicles across multiple jurisdictions (Brazil, Cayman Islands and Luxembourg) to raise funds for a US multifamily residential real estate company.
