Trench Rossi Watanabe announces Fabio Capobianco as a new partner of the public, regulatory and infrastructure law group
Trench Rossi Watanabe is pleased to announce Fabio Capobianco from the Public and Regulatory Law group as a new partner. Fabio joined the Firm in 2010 and as of 1 July, he will deservedly start supporting Trench Rossi Watanabe’s growth strategy in a new position.
Over the course of around 13 years at the firm, Fabio Capobianco has represented clients from different industries in court and before governmental authorities, including technology, petrochemical, energy, port, pharmaceutical, telecom, automotive and food companies.
Focusing on disputes involving public and regulatory law, he has also acted in several cases involving administrative improbity, anti-corruption, cartel, bidding, sanitary issues and vaccination debates, as well as discussions on controlled products, municipal licensing and expropriation, among many other relevant cases. He has a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in economic and regulatory law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a postgraduate degree in civil procedural law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
