Gabriel has extensive experience in operations of this type, having participated in several transactions in supporting the team, conducting due diligence processes, editing and reviewing purchase and sale documents, convertible loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, call option plans and corporate documents.

He holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a specialization in Corporate Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
