Associates Adam Milgrom and Paula Alonso recognized in The Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2023
We are pleased to announce that two Trench Rossi Watanabe associates were recognized in The Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2023, an annual award promoted by the legal publication The Legal 500, one of the most prestigious in the world. The two associates are as follows:
- Adam Milgrom, senior associate of the EMI group, in the Rising Star Associate of the Year category, within the Main Stage Awards classification
- Paula Alonso, senior associate of Corporate & Finance, in the Rising Star of the Year: Corporate and M&A (high-end) category, within the Practice Area Awards classification
The awards ceremony took place Tuesday, March 21, at the Grand Hyatt hotel in São Paulo. Besides Adam Milgrom and Paula Alonso, partner Clarissa Machado was also present at the event representing the Firm as a nominee in the category Lawyer of the Year: Tax, within the Practice Area Awards classification.
In all, we were shortlisted in nine categories:
- In Main Stage Awards, we competed in the categories Innovative Law Firm of the Year and Rising Star Associate of the Year: Adam Milgrom
- In Practice Area Awards, we were shortlisted in the categories Law Firm of the Year: Corporate and M&A (high-end); Law Firm of the Year: Intellectual Property; Law Firm of the Year: Labor; Law Firm of the Year: Tax; Lawyer of the Year: Tax: Clarissa Machado; Rising Star of the Year: Corporate and M&A (high-end): Paula Alonso; and Rising Star of the Year: Energy Regulatory: Adam Milgrom.
