Trench Rossi Watanabe is recognized as one of the best work places for the LGBTQ+ community by the Melhores Lugares para Trabalhar para Pessoas LGBTI+ survey. Developed by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Global Workplace Equality Program, the survey aims to recognize and congratulate companies that continuously support their LGBT+ employees within their work community.

This study is one of the most highly regarded tools of assessment of the DE&I in multiple countries, and was brought and promoted in Brazil for the first time in 2022. This was done through a partnership between Instituto +Diversidade and Fórum de Empresas LGBTI with the purpose of highlighting companies that uphold inclusive work environments, adopt nondiscrimination policies, and continue to support public inclusion actions.
