Professional Experience
Fábio Capobianco joined the Firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2023. He coordinates the litigation in São Paulo of the Public Law practice group, with focus on biddings, public service concessions, regulatory law, improbity law, administrative procedures and antitrust. Mr. Fábio has a wide breadth of experience in the coordination of several lawsuits involving civil and public law, being responsible for the representation of clients before hearing and judgments, as well as investigations and civil inquires.
Academic Background
He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a degree in law and has attended the postraduate course of Economic and Regulatory Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and specialization in Litigation (Civil Procedure) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica.
